This procedure issues a warning to a user without generating an input-blocking statement in the process.

Parameters:

INPUT pcMessageList AS CHARACTER

One or more messages using the standard formatting from aferrortxt.i.

INPUT pcMessageType AS CHARACTER

For example, ERR (Error) or INF (Information).

INPUT pcMessageTitle AS CHARACTER

The title of the message dialog box.
